- Sonia focuses her professional practice on providing pre-contentious advice and acting on behalf of clients in the Spanish courts in intellectual and industrial property and unfair competition cases and related fields.
- She has acquired solid experience in patent disputes, (in particular in the pharmaceutical sector), and has taken part and takes part in cases of particular importance and prominence at a Spanish and European level. She also advises and acts on behalf of clients when drawing up and negotiating technology transfer agreements and for the strategy to protect distinctive signs, designs and trade secrets along with other related rights.
