Jorge focuses his professional practice on providing pre-contentious advice, acting on behalf of clients in legal proceedings related to industrial property, in particular, those involving trade marks and industrial designs and unfair competition. He also advises clients on trade marks and industrial designs, as uthorized representative in the Industrial and Intellectual Property Offices (OEPM, EUIPO and OMPI).
