VIDAL-QUADRAS & RAMON EXPANDS ITS TEAM AND STRENGTHENS THE TRADEMARK AREA

Vidal-Quadras & Ramon has expanded its team to strengthen its trademark and design area with the aim of becoming a reference as a legal boutique in all fields of intellectual property.

Carmenchu Buganza, with a consolidated academic and professional career in both trademark and copyright law, will assume, as partner of the firm, a greater responsibility in the trademark area.

Marta Centell, trained in this area in Liège and with experience in industrial property matters in specialized law firms in Belgium (Altius) and Spain (Arochi & Lindner), has also joined the firm as an associate.

Vidal-Quadras & Ramon, a law firm founded by Miguel Vidal-Quadras and Oriol Ramon with the aim of providing services exclusively in the field of industrial and intellectual property and competition law, now has a consolidated team of ten professionals.
