Yaiza is an Intellectual Property Agent since 2019, legally authorized by the Spanish Patent and Trademark Office (SPTO).
She focuses her professional practice on providing legal advice to clients on intellectual and industrial property matters and on the comprehensive management of trademark, patent and industrial design portfolios. This includes, in particular, the preparation and processing of trademark and industrial design applications before the different offices (SPTO, EUIPO, WIPO), as well as contact with foreign correspondents for the same purpose; drafting of pleadings in defense of trademarks, both ex officio and inter partes proceedings (oppositions, invalidity, revocation, etc.); trademark viability reports and asset portfolio analysis; coexistence agreements.
