We are pleased and excited to inform you about the newly created law firm, VIDAL-QUADRAS & RAMON, specialised in industrial and intellectual property, antitrust and unfair competition law, along with other matters related thereto.
The law firm was founded due to its founding partners, Miguel Vidal-Quadras and Oriol Ramon, wishing to focus their professional efforts on these fields of law through a specialised professional firm.
We consider that the specific nature of the subject-matter and the complexity of the cases our clients entrust to us require full commitment by a law firm with these characteristics.
The following lawyers have joined this project: Luis Torrents, who embodies the very origins of our firm; Carmenchu Buganza, who has a PhD in law, like the firm’s founding partners; Cloe Adelantado, who has a European master’s degree in business and industrial and intellectual property law from the International University of Catalonia (UIC) and Sonia Sarroca, who has a master’s degree in international business law (DIN) from the ESADE business school, both of whom are associates of the firm and highly specialised in patents, trademarks and unfair competition.
