- Oriol focuses his professional practice on providing pre-contentious and contentious advice, acting on behalf of his clients in legal proceedings related to industrial property, in particular, those involving patents.
- He has extensive experience in disputes involving patents in the pharmaceutical sector and has acted and acts in cases of particular importance and prominence at a Spanish and European level. He also regularly provides advice and acts in relation to patents in other industrial sectors.
- He also has pre-contentious and contentious experience in pharmaceutical law, (life sciences), and unfair competition related to industrial property issues.
