Miguel focuses his professional practice on providing advice on patents and know-how, technology transfer, life sciences, trade marks and unfair competition, at strategic and pre-contentious and contentious levels, acting on behalf of his clients in legal proceedings related to industrial property in the Spanish courts and the Court of Justice of the European Union.
