Andrés focuses his professional practice on providing pre-contentious advice and preparing legal proceedings related to industrial property, in particular those involving patents, both for patents in the pharmaceutical sector and those in other industrial sectors along with unfair competition in cases related to industrial property.

  • While he was in Germany, in addition to the article with the title “Licensing of cellular standards: Defining a willing license in FRAND negotiations”, Andrés also wrote another article with the title “Metaverse and NFTs: business opportunities and IP challenges”
