- Ana has extensive experience in advising large portfolios of intellectual property rights. In particular, her professional activity includes, among others, the preparation of registration reports, drafting of pleadings in opposition, invalidity and revocation proceedings of Spanish and European Union trademarks, defence of trademarks against objections, preparation of warning letters for infringement of intellectual property rights, advice on out-of-court dispute resolution, infringement matters, licensing agreements and the filing of UDRP claims before WIPO.
- Her professional practice also includes the processing of applications for exclusive rights, in particular trademarks and designs, both at national level at the Spanish Patent and Trademark Office (SPTO), at European level at the EU Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO) and at international level before the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO). She is also in direct contact with our network of international collaborators to coordinate and guarantee the defence of exclusive rights abroad.
